Reviews and Ratings
The hotel seemed reasonably clean though a bit worn and dark. The rooms had wires hanging from the heater, and the beds were uncomfortable with noticeable springs. Waiting 2 hours for the airport shuttle was frustrating. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, but there were issues with late check-ins and lack of privacy. The location, while not ideal for those without a vehicle, had convenient access to the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line but lacked nearby amenities. The dining experience was average, with overpriced drinks. Some facilities needed refurbishing.
The hotel had excellent rooms, though lacking some simple amenities like a washcloth in the bathroom and more light. The cleanliness could have been better, and the smoke smell was not pleasant. The service was wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff, despite some minor inconveniences like waiting outside in the cold. The location was perfect and within walking distance to attractions, but not very close to the airport as advertised. The dining experience was below expectations, with poor quality food and overpriced lattes. Overall, good value for money with a few drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms felt extremely dirty and were well-equipped but a little tired, typical for a 3-star hotel. There was unsightly evidence of water damage in the bathroom and the room's carpet, with wires hanging from the heater and uncomfortable beds. Waiting two hours for the airport shuttle after a trip to New York was frustrating.
Even though the hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are nice and quiet. However, they need updating as fixtures are chipped, carpeting is worn and old. It was okay for our short stay before heading to the cruise parking area. I asked them to vacuum broken glass on the second day.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were larger than usual for four people and relatively clean, although there was a minor issue with the smoke detector from a previous guest. The Palo cases and bathroom were excellent, with no complaints about the room itself.
The hotel was clean and quiet, but had very few outlets in the rooms. As a rewards member, I found the stay satisfying overall, though there were minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very roomy, but I noticed some stains on the sheets and had to request vacuuming for broken glass. Additionally, my room was at the end of a long corridor on the 5th floor. The service was subpar, with rude and unhelpful staff, except for a lady and a man at the front desk. The location was not ideal as it felt isolated, although it was near the airport and mall. The dining experience was disappointing due to poor quality and limited options. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel does have its good points as well.
